On April 14th, Party Secretary and Chairman Luan Jian met with Zhang Jun, Secretary of Licheng District Committee of Jinan, and his delegation. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on strengthening project cooperation and jointly promoting development.

Luan Jian welcomed the arrival of Zhang Jun and his delegation, and expressed gratitude to Licheng District for providing support to Shandong State owned investment enterprises beyond information. He pointed out that Shandong State Investment Corporation is the first provincial-level state-owned capital operation company in Shandong Province. The next step will focus on three major business sectors: asset operation, investment finance, and strategic emerging industries, seize the strategic opportunities of green, low-carbon, and high-quality development, and concentrate advantageous resources to promote key projects. Shandong State Investment Corporation and Licheng District have many similarities in industrial layout, and will further increase exchanges and cooperation with Licheng District in related industries and key projects, making positive contributions to the economic and social development of Licheng District.

Zhang Jun focused on introducing the basic situation, recent key work, leading industries, and supercomputing center projects of Licheng District. He stated that the Licheng District Committee and Government will continue to optimize the business environment with high-quality services. We look forward to further deepening cooperation between the two sides and achieving win-win cooperation between enterprises and local governments.
